Lenas Donau Hotel - Vienna

Public transport is great. It whisks you to the center in 15 minutes! Plus, the shopping mall nearby is a good bonus for retail therapy.

The room lacked a fridge. Honestly, how can I survive without midnight snacks?

Nice location. Easy access to the metro station and less than 10 min ride to the city center. Quiet and cosy. Breakfast is more than satisfactory. Helpful and kind staff. Great value for the charged money.

Although interior is renovated and quite new, the hotel looks really creepy from the outside. All the furniture is cheap ikea, still ok for a budget hotel.

It was silent, cheap and with comfortable bed. The location was perfect, very close to tram and metro, Kagran and the metro which links directly to the centre of Vienna in about 15 minutes.

Both lovable and frustrating

The staff was kind and helpful making the experience pleasant. The room was spacious enough, and the location, although not central, had great public transport options.

Unfortunately, noise from the street made it hard to sleep soundly. The WiFi was slow, affecting my ability to stay connected .

It's a very comfortable clean hotel with very nice and helpful staff. It's near the un City. Breakfast is perfect for such kind of not expensive hotels.

Exterior of the hotel could make scared a little bit :))) They need repairing. But inside it's a very comfortable hotel. It's located next to the road so sometimes it's a little bit noisy because of transport.

It was just a decent option for shopping in Vienna with very good value for money. The parking was tight but manageable. Aim for a room that's higher up to reduce noise from the street.

I dislike this hotel because it offers no free internet, in the current world, it is unbelievable, I feel like go back to the mediaeval.

I like Lenas Donau Hotel because of its rate and location. It is near to Fantstic River. Tram and Bus are just couple of seconds from hotel. Also the Vienna Center is very close. Walking distance a Big shopping market. So I like it.

The staff are not sincere at all. Also they not cooperated. At last night I requested them for wake up call. Even I requested them for several times for that because next morning was very important for me to catch my international flight. But unfortunately they did not call me foe wake up. And their attitude was also not good. Secondly I bought a card to use internet with my lap top but I did not use it (Can not login). I asked for help from the staff but they did not help me.

I really enjoyed the amazing breakfast buffet with a good variety and nice service. The help from reception was outstanding, they were super polite and quick to tackle any questions. It was nice to chill out in the cozy leisure room after a day of exploring. The only downside was the parking situation, but overall it didn't ruin my experience. 😊

Very nice hotel, clean and comfortable, good breakfast (unfortunatly no boiled eggs and sausages :-). Nice, clean bathrooms. Elevator. Near public transport (bus, tram, U-bahn). Free parking (maybe too small but plenty of free parkings around hotel). Infront of the hotel there are McCafe and Billa market. Very nice for families.

Internet is not free to use and at least during the night I was there it was bugged and did not work. Other then that it was all ok.

All good, fulfills its purpose. Spacious area near shopping mall.

The hotel staff is not responsive to the requests of visitors. Hotel reception staff treats those who have booked through Booking them as unwanted guests. Disappointing clean rooms, sanitary facilities are not repaired, the rich breakfast is not as appropriate.

almost anything , budget hotel , on Jan 2nd one poor lady was "one men show" doing all jobs ...if I should knew ...good point is walking distance to a shopping center if need some restaurants ...
